Our Story

Woodhaven is more than a place— it’s a promise. Founded by Janine LeBoeuf, an entrepreneur, devoted daughter, mother, and marketer. She’s been involved in Loudoun County for 7+ years, serving on non-profit board in the Loudoun County community and raising her three daughters. She and her partner Joel, also a strong supporter in the Purcellville and Leesburg community, believe that serving starts right here at home.

Woodhaven was inspired by her personal journey navigating care options for her aging parents and aunt. While her outgoing mother thrived in a large senior community, Janine saw firsthand that quieter, more personal settings were essential for her father and aunt—places without rigid schedules or overwhelming routines.

Faced with limited availability and long waitlists, Janine used her expertise in assisted living planning, project management, and pure hustle to build something better: a warm, residential assisted living home where each individual is known, supported, and embraced with dignity.

Meet the Team

At Woodhaven, 24/7 expert care in a home-like setting is designed to encourage independence while honoring personal pace and preferences. Our staff offers residents one-on-one care (Ratio 2.5:1) with support no matter what time. Residents receive assistance with daily living—including bathing, dressing, mobility, and meals—alongside housekeeping, transportation, and engaging social activities. Every detail reflects Janine’s belief that care should be both professional and personal, compassionate and custom-built.

Whether you’re a family seeking peace of mind or a future resident hoping for a softer place to land, we’re here—offering support every step of the way.
