Woodhaven Homes is at 42397 Spinks Ferry Road in Lucketts, in northern Loudoun County. We're about 10 minutes from downtown Leesburg and welcome families from Leesburg, Lucketts, Purcellville, Hamilton, Waterford, Ashburn and across Northern Virginia.

Woodhaven Homes has received provisional approval from the Virginia Department of Social Services. We'll complete full licensing once construction is finished, ahead of our May 2027 opening.
